The History of Cab Call

Back in 2009 a group of individual Taxi Companies in a busy East Anglia town, got together and realised they were all incurring the same type of costs in order to offer their customers a 24/7 service. Day in Day out they all had to pay Staff Wages / Management Costs / Equipment Costs & Office Costs. It was at this juncture that an idea was born to create a (stand alone) Control Centre that would provide the same personal service for their customers, all of the latest Customer aids to boost their marketing, state of the art Mobile Data Terminals tailored to the Driver’s needs, and the adequate number of staff on hand, when needed, to cope with any eventuality.. And all of this at a fraction of the cost compared to what they had originally been paying.

This became known as Cab Call.
