What is Cab Call?
Southend Radio Cars was formed in September 1971, over the years that followed the company successfully grew to be Southend on Sea’s biggest private hire circuit. With the success of the company growing year on year, customers reached out from all over and so expansion became inevitable. In 2008 Southend Radio Cars joined forces with Bestax Taxi Company of Rayleigh, and later Associated Radio Cars of Southend and RT Taxis of Rayleigh.
To simplify the booking experience for our customers, we created what you now know as “Cab Call”. This consists of the same great companies with all of their history and values intact but neatly packaged as one.
Our purpose is to provide an efficient, friendly and convenient service to the thousands of loyal customers we have had the pleasure of working with over the years.
